Omar's room

Fantastic room in excellent professionally kept garden all around- very close to UBC by bus (less than 10 min) - Fully furnished home by architect - The room is quite large 3 x 4 meters and has a nice desk and ergonomic chair - lots of storage and mirrors and great view to garden - open air swimming pool from May 1 - one smaller bedroom is my studio where I try to create interesting architecture. The laundry & parking are in the basement. I had roommates from Germany, Holland, France. Univ of British Columbia students or graduate students welcome.

I’m an architect - work at home in my studio - Live alone, my family in in England - Have a tiny Yorkie dog well educated - I’m super friendly and respectful prefer tidy guy that keeps his room in a decent form and very clean bathroom - Have nice fully equipped kitchen, all sorts of machines - Rear patio for BBQ and for guests - can have guests and hopefully enjoy watching Hockey and other sports if not too busy playing video games lol
