Hello! ALL-INCLUSIVE, dog/cat friendly, room for rent. Beltline/Downtown. 1320 16 Ave SW. The place would be yours since I am almost never home. I live at my boyfriend’s. Looking for a short 2 month-stay. October 1st - December 1st. I’m also open to renting out the furnished master bedroom to the right person.

*Bathroom ceiling has been fixed. Main bathroom would be yours. There are laundry facilities in the building but I have my own private washer/dryer that you are more than welcome to use.

Rent includes all utilities, in-suite washer/dryer, renter’s insurance, internet/wifi, and access to the private gym. Your bedroom (10’ x 11’) would be unfurnished. Everything else (with the exception of living room couch) is furnished, you are more than welcome to use anything in the house :)

Apartment is pet friendly for the right animal and a pet deposit. Damage deposit is one month’s rent. Pet deposit (as set by building) is a $350 non-refundable fee.

Apartment is a 3rd floor corner unit in a sturdy concrete building. Noise is minimal! Indoor/outdoor parking is available through the rental company for extra.

I’m a 28 year old working professional. I’m clean, quiet, and respectful. I’m gone pretty much all the time. You’d have the place to yourself for 2 months.
