An upper level of a 3rd floor of a townhouse, Two Bedrooms and a Shower/ Toilet for just the tenants of this floor. Each room is 1200, or 2400 for the whole floor. You can rent just one room ( in which case you will eventually have a roommate, or the whole floor). Both rooms have beds, walk in closets and writing desks. Kitchen and a living room to be shared with a person who barely cooks.

The bedroom #1 has a floor to ceiling window overlooking an inner courtyard with the greenery ( spring, summer ); use of the patio.
The bedroom #2 has a skylight.

This sleek modern townhouse (at Bloor / The East Mall ) is located 10 minutes by bus from Kipling Subway station. The bus station is just outside of the condo complex. In the room there are: a large walk-in closet with shelves, book shelves and a drawer inside of the walk-in closet for your clothes, a queen size platform bed, a small glass writing desk. Walk-in closet that can fit in a lot. What you see in the photo is without the closet.

Access to the pool and the gyms in the condo is included in the price as well as utilities.

Kipling subway station is about 10 min ride by bus and is right outside of the complex.

A very well stocked “Loblaws” that is open from 7 am untill 11 pm and is just 5 minutes away by walking and there are many amenities in the area.

Use of the living room and kitchen, which is stocked with everything necessary. Close to Humber College South.

The townhouse is to be shared with 2 males, young professionals, who are not in the house much and do not cook much. We rarely intersect due to work schedules. If you are looking for a term shorter than 12 months, please let me know ahead of time.
