Valhalla's room

A fully furnished room on the 3rd floor of a townhouse. The room has a floor to ceiling window overlooking an inner courtyard with the greenery ( spring, summer ), use of the patio. This sleek modern townhouse (at Bloor / The East Mall ) is located 10 minutes by bus from Kipling Subway station. The bus station is just outside of the complex.

Bathroom/ Shower is shared with just 1 person. In the room there are: a large walk-in closet with shelves, book shelves and a drawer inside of the walk-in closet for your clothes, a queen size platform bed, a small glass writing desk. Walk-in closet that can fit in a lot. What you see in the photo is without the closet.

Access to the pool and the gyms in the condo is included in the price as well as utilities.

For 1 person, No couples please. Parking is available at additional cost.

Kipling subway station is about 10 min ride by bus and is right outside of the complex.

A very well stocked “Loblaws” that is open from 7 am untill 11 pm and is just 5 minutes away by walking and there are many amenities in the area.

Use of the living room and kitchen, which is stocked with everything necessary.

The townhouse is to be shared with 3 males, all young professionals, who are not in the house much. None of us cooks much and we rarely intersect due to work schedules. If you are looking for a term shorter than 12 months, please let me know ahead of time.
