Fully furnished room with a Double bed, Chest of Draws, side table, Dressing table and a office desk and chair. The house is fully furnished with a fully kitchen facilities and much more. Located near the Meadowvale Town Center and Community Center, as well the Erin Mills shopping Center, Heartland, Major routes and Hwy 401, 403, 407, Derry Rd., Winston Churchill Blvd. etc. Close to many shops, banks, malls including the Toronto outlet. Nearest bus route is 39W and a less than 10 minutes walk home. Other options the Lisgar GO station and bus, Uber, etc. Near the country side and many bike and walking trails. Parking is very limited and is not available.
The living space, Kitchen, dining, lounge and laundry are on the main floor and is shared with all my guest and tenants. There are 4 large fridges that are shared with everyone. Cupboard space is available for your food needs in the kitchen. Utilities and internet/Wi-Fi is included in the rent. Large TV in the lounge.
Other items included are also supplied most toiletry, washing/dishwasher detergent, cleaning supplies, coffee/tea hot chocolate/Nesquik, sugar, cooking oil, olive oil, spices, tissues/paper tells.
Each room is rented separately and is a combination between Airbnb and tenants (long term) The washroom is currently shared with one other person, in the future may have a third person sharing the washroom. I live in the basement in one room and I have another room in the basement.
