The rent is for a one bedroom on the first floor in a Condo Townhouse for a FEMALE ONLY. Bathroom is shared with one Female. Its a 3 bedroom townhouse with 2 people already living in the home. We are looking for a roommate to occupy one of the rooms. The kitchen, laundry and utilities (hydro, water and heating) is shared between the 3 people that will leave in the house.

Location is at Vaughn Metropolitan Centre at Jane and Highway 7. Walking distance to the Vaughn Metro train station and bus terminal, Walmart, Costco and close to the Vaugh mills Mall.

There is also access to Condo amenities including Gym, Sauna.

There are 2 females already living in the home. We both work hybrid, some time at home most times in the office. We appreciate a neat and accommodating roommate. If that is you please apply.
