River Avenue

Hi, I’m a 27 year old (F), looking for a roommate in Osborne Village. Available from now, open to July/August/September move in dates. There’s a balcony, air conditioning, and the kitchen’s fully set up. Bike storage available. Parking is on site, surface lot for an extra charge. We’re riverside, so the balcony overlooks the outdoor pool and the Assiniboine River.

2-bedroom apartment, just sharing it with myself and my plants. Working full time, often out and about on weekends. Not a partier, but have friends/family over often. Looking for a female roommate, someone who’s clean, easy to get along with, and respectful of the space! Building is non-smoking and no pets. Additionally, looking for someone who is also independent and has their own routine!
