You’ll have your own private bedroom and private bathroom in a bright, spacious apartment. The unit also features a large accessible balcony, and the building offers amazing amenities including a rooftop barbecue area and gym.

Utilities and WiFi included (utility cap at $200/month; anything extra will be split equally)

In-suite washer and dryer for your convenience

Easy access to public transport

Only first month’s rent + $500 security deposit required

Rent is very reasonable considering the amenities and location!

About Us: I work as a Tax Consultant, and my husband is an Engineer turned Chef who is now following his passion for cooking. We love spending quality time with friends, exploring new recipes, and creating a warm and welcoming home environment. We’re friendly and easygoing — we respect your personal space and privacy!

A few requests: Please keep the house clean and tidy. No smoking inside the house or on the balcony. Feel free to enjoy your space and make yourself at home!
