Looking to rent out my spare bedroom. It’s the larger bedroom with two big windows and a big closet. Room is private and has some furnishings like a new desk w an office chair, a small loveseat w a small coffee table, curtains are hung on both windows. You will need to bring a bed. You’re also welcome to hang out in other parts of the apartment as it’s a fairly big and open apt. There’s a dart board and pool table which converts into a table tennis game. Two entrances and backyard. Parking is available and there’s laundry facilities in the basement. I’m close to Algonquin Ave so its perfect for a student who attends Canadore or Nipissing. I would prefer a female. I would also prefer a student or someone who works full time. I will be painting the bedroom and other rooms in here. If you would like to view it, please reach out to me. It’ll be just me living here with you. I’m a middle aged single female with two cats but don’t worry, I clean up after them and take them to the vet. My younger one will be neutered this spring and my older one has already been spayed. I don’t have a lot of company and I’m considerate and respectful to others space, time and property. I ask for the same respect back please.
