Chase's room

This sun-lit room is situated in an amazing victorian-era apartment right in the heart of the plateau (a super bustling, hip neighbourhood), with a back and front yard. Enjoy a view of the mountain and the short walk to the beautiful Parc Jeanne-Mance. You will also be a quick five minute walk away from the cheapest grocery store in Montreal, Segal’s, and a 2 min walk to Rue Saint Laurent, known for its amazing restaurants and nightlife. It comes fully furnished, with a basement for storage, a washer and drier and a covered back patio to enjoy in the summer! The photo with the unfurnished room would be yours, keep in mind these photos were taken before being fully furnished, so do not worry, there will be a bed and dresser to use! We are excited to welcome you to our home!

Since this room is a sublet, I won’t be living there. You’ll be living with Ruben, a recent university graduate. Occasionally Jamie and Brian will be visiting and staying in the apartment! Everyone is extremely generous and kind.
