It comes with a comfortable bed, a desk and chair that are perfect for studying or working from home, and ample storage including a dresser, nightstand, and closet. You’ll also have your own private ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Fast Wi-Fi is included, and you’ll have access to a balcony with a nice view in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. The location is very convenient, with a bus station just outside the unit, Tim Hortons within a 2-minute walk, and only 10 minutes to Georgian College.
The room is available for a 4-month sublet, and after that period, you’ll have the option to sign your own contract and stay in the unit long-term. All furniture shown in the photos is included, as well as use of the private bathroom and closet space. Parking is optional and is arranged with the administration of Arcadian Residence.
