If you’re looking for access to a gym, swimming pool, and other recreational facilities, the Centennial Recreation Centre is just a short walk from the residence. Transportation: 2-5 minute walk to TTC bus stops. Bills: Rent includes internet, electricity, and hydro. Transportation: Super convenient location! We’re within walking distance of public transit (bus/train stops just a few minutes away), and there’s easy access to main roads if you drive. If you’ll need parking, there’s an additional $150 monthly fee. Laundry: There is a shared laundry space in the condo. Cleaning: You’re expected to keep your own room and bathroom clean. For shared spaces like the kitchen and living room, we take turns with cleaning—usually once a week or every other week, depending on how things are looking. It’s a simple rotation system to keep things fair and tidy, and I’m happy to explain how it works if you’re interested in the place. Shared kitchen and living space. Hi! My name is Rindha. I am currently working part-time while also studying. I love watching movies and TV shows. I’m pretty tidy and value open communication, so it’s important that we’re on the same page about keeping the place comfortable and clean for both of us. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who’s calm and not much of a party person. That said, if you’d like to host parties or gatherings, the building has a great party room that can be rented out!
