Steps away to WLU and 8 mins walk to UW. Rent includes all utilities and is negotiable. I will need first and last months rent + $150 damage deposit. Damage deposit will be given back at the end of sublease, if there are no lost keys, damages, or messes that involve hiring cleaners! There is in-unit laundry, parking (extra $130 per month if needed), and balcony. Room and common area is furnished. Bathroom is shared, but if theres no other sublet, you’ll have it to yourself.

I am looking for someone to sublet my room from May-August. Two other roommate (2/5) will be staying here for the 4 months. Both are respectful, tidy, and quiet, and one also has a cat for the summer.
