Tessa's room

Looking for a female roommate to rent a room starting in May for at least a year long contract. Location is a 5 min walk from Toronto Metropolitan University Campus and College Station subway. All utilities are included in rent except for wifi and there is free in unit laundry. The townhouse will be shared between 4 female student roommates but rooms are private.
