Your own master bedroom! Looking for a responsible, clean, and like-minded roommate to share my 2 story+basement end-unit townhouse with central heating and cooling, with a large deck, nearby park and amenities within walking distance.

What’s Included:

• Appliances: Fridge, Electric stove, espresso machine, dishwasher, laundry washer and dryer
• Storage space in walk-in closet as well as in the basement.
• Hydro and Heating bills not included. You will be splitting them with me 50/50.

You’ll share a full and spacious bathroom on the same floor as your room, the master bedroom. COULD FURNISH if needed, let me know if you’re interested as the price will be determined based on what furniture you need.

More about the house: The home features an open concept living room and dining area, and a spacious kitchen. Out the back is a large patio that is great in warm weather. Downstairs, there’s a fully finished basement that can become your main relaxing space, leading to the laundry/furnace room. The house has some storage space for you to use as well.

• 5-minute walk to Greenboro & Pushman Park.
• A short drive away from South Keys Shopping Centre for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Requirements:

• Must be clean and tidy.
• Non-smoker.
• Proof of income and credit score is required.
• First and last month’s rent upon signing agreement.
• Credit and reference check will be done with applicant’s consent.
