Ideal for students studying at Carleton University and for those working in downtown.

Condo is near Carleton which take 10 minutes to get to by bus and the stop is 5 minutes away by walk. If you are the walking type, it takes 30 minutes to get to Carleton but with a quicker pace, it can be shorter.

Lots of decent restaurants nearby including Chinatown. You really can’t go wrong with Somerset street. For groceries, there is an Independent that is a 20 minute walk. You can also take the bus to Walmart taking 30 mins.

Condo has 2 levels with 4 rooms and two bathrooms. 2 rooms and a bathroom on each level. Kitchen has everything you need for the basics including pans, plates, utensils, etc. Decently sized living room with a tv. Utilities except internet is covered by the rent but internet bill will need to be shared with the other roommates.

Your bedroom comes with a bed, desk, and fan.

I recently graduated from Carleton and I am looking to move out. Two of the roomates are also new grads and the other is in his second year, studying computer science. They are very friendly and like to do group activities. They will treat you like family so you can’t go wrong with them.
