I am a music student who will be away for the months of July and August and am looking to sublease my room for the summertime. Mainly July and August, with the potential of mid-June. You’ll be sharing with one roomie. Great and kind guy! Quiet, handy and really easy-going. Must be comfortable with lgbt+ Apartment building is quiet (I’m a musician and have no problem being able to practice, just need to be mindful of hours) I will be leaving my single bed, desk and chair, shelving unit and lamps, but room will otherwise be empty - can take out all wall decor too.
