Sublet Details: • Sublet amount is negotiable to an extent • If you choose to take on a lease reassignment, you’ll be paying $1150 or less starting in September. Lease runs until August 31st, then automatically goes month-to-month. If you take it on, you’ll be on a joint lease, with no commitment to stay a fixed length which is a W, if you like on the edge.

Myself: I’m currently in the process of finding a new place with my girlfriend, aiming to move between mid-May and early June to get ahead of the back-to-school rush. My current lease ends on August 31, and not trying to pay rent on two places 😭

• You’ll be living with two roommates, both currently attending George Brown College: • One is a trans femme roommate • The other tends to keep to themselves but is super queer and spectrum-friendly • There’s also a chill cat in the house — he’s a bit of a foodie and might sneak some of your pet’s food, but otherwise, he’s very relaxed • Lease runs until August 31st, then automatically goes month-to-month • Rent split will be revisited in September due to room size discrepancies and a rent increase on the new lease. If your rent remains at $1150, it will include access to the hallway storage closet and free internet. The amount of rent you pay for the room will never be above $1150 on the new lease, that’s been agreed already.
