Have covered patio that is usable all year. Lots of street parking available, driveway parking an option depending on size of vehicle.

I am 36 Female and recently single, I have 2 cats one of which can be temperamental towards some people on occasion, so please be a patient lover of cats. I work Monday to Friday, some work/meetings taken from home. I have an eclectic collection of collections, and happy to share many of my activities, outdoor games, board games, clay, sewing, bikes, etc I do high heels dance, hula hoop and enjoy crafting and gardening. I enjoy cooking and baking. I like a tidy, (albeit cluttered) home. Cat hair is an inevitable accessory.
