About the room
The apartment is a duplex on Mont Royal Avenue, near multiple bus stops (the 45, the 10, the 27 and the 97), 15 minutes from the Mont Royal metro, and 15 minutes by bus from the Papineau metro, with all the advantages that being on the Plateau brings! (Restaurants, pharmacies, shops, bars)
Smoking is totally fine outside (just not inside), and pets are not permitted.
The apartment in question is 600 square feet, recently renovated. Everything is included: internet, electricity, and water. The images are missing the living room and the kitchen, but I will return to the apartment soon to take them!
