Looking for 1 more roommate to rent out 1 private room in a stunning 3 bedroom 1 bath apartment, starting September 2025 for a year lease!! Located at King and Richmond Street, in the heart of downtown London ♡

The rooms are veeeerrryyy spacious and bright, plenty of space for 1 person to relax and even bring most (if not all) of their own furniture; the rooms are semi-furnished and the common areas (living room, dining room) are mostly furnished. Laundry is free and located inside the apartment.

Rent is $820 per month with all utilities included, internet will be split between tenants (likely between $15-30 per person) The building and apartment are both key-pad secured. Unfortunately there is no parking included, but there are monthly underground parking options for around $100-150 a month at Citi Plaza, just a 2 minute walk away from the apartment.

There will be 1 girl (me) and 1 guy (roommate) living in the apartment, renting out 2/3 of the rooms. We are both in our early 20’s. I usually spend my free time knitting, crocheting, sewing, cooking, or playing games. We are both pretty quiet people but are very laidback and would love to get to know you and be friendly. We always clean up after ourselves and keep the space tidy. We prefer no parties in the house (as we both work full/close to full-time) but don’t mind if you have guests every now and then. There will also be a very sweet and friendly boy cat living with us. He will be your immediate bestfriend and is never ever aggressive or destructive. He mostly lounges around all day and occasionally gets a little chatty around breakfast or dinner time, but thats about it.
