We’re looking for a roommate to move into the largest room of our 3-bed 2-bath house in Dunbar (28th & Crown). The room is large, with lots of storage, and on the upper floor so it has tons of natural light (huge window).

Fully furnished house, washer-dryer, all-amenities kitchen, large living room, large backyard, free street parking, calm neighborhood.

Bus #7 to Kits & Downtown is 5 minutes away, and Bus #25 and #33 to UBC are 10 minutes away. Tons of shops & cafes nearby (Shoppers, Stongs Market, London Drugs, Domino’s, Jak’s Liquor Store, multiple banks, etc).

Move in either May 1, May 15, or June 1. Contract would be for a full year: move out April 30, 2026.

Rent is $1400/month including water & internet. Electricity/heat is roughly $100 to $200 split between all 4 roommates every 2 to 3 months.

Currently, my girlfriend (She/her, 21, UBC student) and I (He/him, 21, just graduated from UBC) live in the lower floor bedroom with one of the bathrooms. Our roommate (He/him, 21, young professional) lives in the smaller upper floor room, and you would share the bathroom with him. We’re all very clean and we love to keep the house tidy and comfortable, so we’re looking for someone very clean as well.
