Next to the community centre and across from green space, with lots of street parking and includes a parking spot in the two-car garage. The house is completely furnished, except for the rooms for rent. Looking for one roommate. Must be okay with dogs, as I have one, but no other dogs, please!

I’m a 30-year-old female who works in digital marketing / outdoor sports industry. I’m very active, spend a lot of time cycling, snowboarding, and enjoy a chill home environment. Pretty outgoing and friendly, but not a huge partier. I have an 8-year-old cattle dog mix. He’s a bit of an anxious boy, but loves people.
