I’m subletting my furnished room from April 27th (flexible) to July 31st, 2025. This is a great option if you need a temporary spot before starting a longer lease in the fall.

The house is located at 1381 Claymor Ave, just a short walk to the Prince of Wales / Dynes bus stop, where you can hop on Bus 111 that takes you straight to campus. It’s a quiet, student-friendly neighborhood—perfect for focusing on school while still having easy access to the university and city.

The room is on the second floor of a 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom house (with one bathroom on each level). It comes fully furnished with a queen-size bed, L-shaped desk, office chair, closet, and five shelves—everything you need to move in comfortably. The rent is $650/month, and all utilities are included in that price.

I’m an international student at Carleton University as well and will be graduating this spring. Since I’m leaving Canada on April 26th, I’m looking for someone responsible to take over my room during the last few months of the lease.
