About the room
Private, Fully Furnished, and Air-Conditioned rooms with a mattress, sheets, and bedding. Each room has a fan, a desk & chair. Plus, there’s a mini fridge in every room. There are TWO fully functional kitchens and laundry sets in the house. The common areas and the bathrooms are cleaned professionally once a month.
We’re looking for mature and stable people, including students, who work in the Downtown/WhyteAve area or study at the University of Alberta, etcetera. Don’t miss out on this amazing opportunity to be in the heart of Edmonton’s historic Strathcona neighborhood!
This is the quiet part of the Strathcona area, right in the ‘Heart of Edmonton’. Only a few blocks away from Whyte Ave, River Valley, University, Downtown, and Gateway Boulevard. Excellent access to public transportation, biking, and hiking.
Included in rent are the costs of heat, electricity, 1.5GB Telus Internet, 2 laundry facilities, kitchen/bathroom cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry soap. We will provide all the cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, and a standing freezer for storing frozen items. There is also extra storage in the toolshed.
