About the room

Renting out the master bedroom in a high rise sub-penthouse located in New Westminster. It is a 10 min walk away from the New West skytrain station. The condo complex has a gym, pool, hot tub and a sauna. The boardwalk on the river is a 2 minute walk. The room is huge, has a walk in closet, ensuite bathroom and a balcony. The current tenant is moving out so the entire place will be unfurnished.

About the roomies

A bit about me: I am a woman in my 20s with a full time corporate job. I’m social but also really value my me-time, so while I don’t host often, I do enjoy having a few friends over for dinners or small gatherings from time to time. I’m looking for someone who is clean, considerate, and respectful of privacy. When I am not working, I enjoy hiking, crocheting, and checking out hole in the wall restaurants!
