We have a fairly sized bedroom at the second floor of our house. Here are more details of the rental property: Location : Walden Drive SouthEast Calgary.

Availability : The room will be available on October 19, 2025. We are open for a renewable monthly contract starting from 1 month, 3 months, 6 months up to max of 1 year rental period.

Rent : The room rent is $ 800 per month, does not include meals. If you preferred to have meals included, we can discuss further the monthly rental charges.

Proximity : Our house is in a new community in the South - Walden, all the bus stops in our area are a 3 to 5 minutes walk. There is even 1 bus stop in front of our house

Facilities : You will have a private room, twin sized bed with a shared bathroom. You will have access to the dining and living rooms, you can also cook your food preference in our kitchen. You will have access to the home WiFi, please view the room’s pictures posted under our profile.

Convenience : We have a neighbor strip mall where there are a lot of shopping establishments, pharmacy, grocery store, dine-in and take away restaurants, coffee shops and gym.

Landlord : We are a professional couple, well traveled : we visited Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, Taiwan, Thailand, lived and worked in Dubai and Sultanate of Oman. We tour in California too. We are friendly, kind, quiet, approachable persons. We are easy going and likable too. Last year 2024, we have accommodated international Japanese students who were here in Calgary for 2 weeks English study program, they have noted that they will come back and stay with us again if given a chance.
