The building has a nice gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, visitor parking, and 24/7 concierge. Parking space may be available for rent in the building. The location is very convenient, just steps away from Fairview Mall, the Don Mills subway station, and several dining and shopping options. With easy access to major highways and public transit.

About the roomies
You will be sharing the unit with me and my 10-year-old cat. He is super chill and loves to watch birds and sleep. I am calm, respectful, and very tidy.
