Furniture of the room is not included. And we will change the furniture too when we move in!! new apartment at Place St.-Henri metro station. Ideal location, 5 mins from metro, 10 mins from concordia and 15 from mcgill (metro but you could also walk there). Close to various supermarkets (superC and IGA). The room is spacey and unfurnished. The apartment has all amenities included and me and constance have basic furniture for the living room and kitchen. Lease starts july 1st and is 1-year long. (Luxembourgish speakers are preferred lol) Apply to the room if you are:

Salut tout le monde ! Venez rejoindre notre super swaggy collocation. Céline (22) et Constance (19) sont à la recherche d’un 3ème colocataire pour emménager dans notre nouvel appartement à la station de métro Parc St.-Henri. Le quartier est super avec des épiceries et des cafés à proximité. C’est aussi mignon et proche du marché de Atwater. On est à 20 minutes de Concordia et 25 de McGill. La chambre est spacieuse et l’appartement est au premier étage, il comprend une véranda qui peut être utilisé en hiver et en été un petit coin de jardin . La chambre si non meublée mais le reste de l’appartement est meublé et équipé. Le bail commence le 1 juillet et dure un an. (Les locuteurs luxembourgeois sont préférés lol). Celine (22) and Constance (19) are looking for their future roommate to move into their new apartment with prime location. We both are concordia students in our 2nd year.
