Edinburgh Road South

The room being sublet throughout May to August (2025) is a small and cozy single bedroom on the first floor of the property. There are five bedrooms altogether in the house, along with two bathrooms (one per floor), a kitchen near the entrance, and a nice living room on the first floor.

The location is one-minute walk away from the nearest bus stop. It is approximately a 10-minute drive to the University Centre or a 30 minute walk.

We are a group of 5 female (mostly) students that ensures the environment to be friendly and respectful. Throughout the sublet period, there will be two roommates staying in the property but it is unknown if others will hang around. We also have a nice and friendly neighbour staying in the basement, though it is also unknown if he plans on staying throughout the sublet period.
