2 private rooms available (for one person, female only) in a 6 1/2 apartment with basement. Rooms have plenty of storage space. Prioritizing someone who can move in May 1 and then take the lease for July 1- the place is large and perfect for a friend group, and rent is inexpensive for the market. Spacious kitchen with lots of storage space and a roomy living/dining room with large windows. In the summer it’s very nice to see all of the green. In unit-laundry, internet and hydro not included. Located near metro Papineau and Frontenac, close to grocery stores and dollar store, very quick to get to McGill and Concordia and not too far from Parc Lafontaine. Nice and helpful neighbors, most of them mainly speak French so it’s a great chance to practice ! 1 person is currently living here- me :) I’m 25 and a student at Concordia (Sociology), also doing French classes. I am very focused on school, and it’d be great to find another like-minded student, although being a student isn’t required :) In my free time, I am working on a film, and I sometimes visit home on the weekends (Ottawa). I like to chat and hang out with roommates, including movie nights and arts and crafts. I also like some alone time and will respect your privacy. I am very accepting of differences and love meeting people from all walks of life and learning about new perspectives.

I don’t party too much, and when I do, it’s outside of the apartment- but it’s cool if you want to host parties here, I’d love to have more guests over. I can be a bit of a night owl, but I’m good at keeping quiet. Your other roommates will be a two friendly rabbits, Penelope (big) and Kramer (small), and they love making new friends. Penelope is probably the craziest rabbit you will ever meet, and she is very outgoing and loves everyone. Kramer can be a grumpy old man , but he’s a great tv buddy. Unfortunately, they don’t contribute to the bills 😂 But they are great company.
