A spacious, fully furnished (like in the pictures), 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in the heart of downtown. Lovely, not too populated, building with community-like feel. Quiet area, 5-min walking distance from both Wellesley and Bloor subway stations.

I am a 28-year-old Resident Physician that has been living in Toronto, and renting this unit for the past year with a roommate. They are moving out of downtown by July 1st, and I would love to find a new roommate as I am in love with the apartment and building.

The total rent this past year has been 3750 (1900/m for the master bedroom and 1850/m for the second bedroom). Electricity, water, furnishing has all been included with no additional costs. We have both a private underground parking spot for our unit, as well as free guest parking access behind the building. The landlord has been nothing short of amazing in terms of communication and having things fixed around the house if needed. The only unexpected difference that might seem odd at first would be the fact that the washer and dryer are in the master bedroom; it has not created any problems between my roommate and I this year!

I myself, work at the hospital Monday through Friday with some overnight calls, and am often gone on weekends (2-3 weekends/m) to visit my girlfriend and family back in Montreal where I’m from.
