This townhouse is in Stittsville, bordering Kanata. Conveniently located very close to the Queensway, the Canadian Tire Centre, and Tanger Outlets. Would share the entire house with one other roommate.

Looking for one tenant. In addition to the bedroom, you’d have your own bathroom as well. The house has a currently unfenced and unfurnished backyard (I do have a barbecue), a finished basement with a home gym (barbellv + bench, dumbbells, etc.). Dining and living rooms are furnished but you would need your own bed, desk, etc. for your bedroom. For hydro/gas/water/internet which are not included in the rent, I estimate you’ll need ~$150-$200 in addition to the rent amount.

I’m a 27-year-old software developer, generally tidy and looking for a roommate like that as well. I enjoy socializing but also like to have time to myself. Into movies, gaming, outdoor activities, etc. At this point I’m looking for just one person to move in and share the house. Not looking for anyone with cats/dogs at this point.
