Looking to rent out an extra room in my basement. Has its own bathroom I have a couple of options available so can choose what suits you best. Basement is currently being finished but upstairs is ready to go now.
About the roomies
Single dad with 2 boys. I have them 50 percent of the time. Weekend nights. We’re busy and can be loud in but quiet time is 8pm - 8 am for the most part. Week nights are quiet. Shared kitchen is open and spacious. A small kitchen can be added downstairs. There is also a basement suite with a couple and a baby girl.
