A newly renovated semi-detached home in Trinity Bellwoods/Little Italy. It is a 3-storey 3 bedroom house, but am just looking to fill one bedroom and keep the other as a spare bedroom/office space. You would have the second floor mostly to yourself and you’d have your own bathroom and spacious closet. There is a large kitchen and living area on the main floor.

About the roomies

It’s just myself and my dog Kismet living here currently. I am a 31 year old professional who likes to keep the house clean and go out on weekends, and mostly cook dinner at home on weeknights, looking for someone with a similar lifestyle!
