One (1) furnished room is for rent (~95sqft) with a personal washroom and parking outside (Garage parking for an additional fee up for negotiation) . This is a 3 bedroom Seton townhouse built in October of 2024. I am living in the master bedroom, and using the middleroom as my office. This middle room (76sqft) will not be rented, unless you have a friend who wishes to rent here as well. The living room is fully furnished with a dishwasher, and a spacious balcony that includes a barbecue. Within 5 minutes is a hospital, grocery stores, gyms, great food places, and so much more!
