LOOKING FOR MUSICIANS

Hey! My roommate’s moving out on July 1st, and I’m looking for someone to take their spot. The apartment is gorgeous and recently renovated, complete with a washer/dryer, front balcony, and back patio.

I’ve built a music studio in one of the shared rooms, so if you’re a musician, producer, artist, or poet, hit me up! I’d love to get to know you better.

We’re two blocks away from station Frontenac, a grocery store, and a Dollarama, with a couple cafes right next door.

Rent is $735, no security deposit. Hydro/electricity is usually about $40/50 per month, wifi is $22. I have renter’s insurance on the apartment, but if you want your things covered, you’ll have to invest in your own.

*lots of the furniture will be going with my roommate, and the bedroom will be unfurnished. the cat will be also be moving out.

My name is James, I’m 22, and I moved to Montreal from Alberta to pursue music. I sing, play guitar and piano, and I’m currently learning music production. And don’t worry, I’m not too loud. I mostly sing folk-style stuff and produce with my headphones on. Outside of that, I’m into plants (hoping to turn the apartment into a mini jungle), rock climbing, and cooking. I work evenings at a Caribbean restaurant as a server and bartender.

I’m clean, organized, and do my dishes. I’m looking for someone who is equally clean and organized (eg dishes done by the end of the day). I’m pretty independent but would love a roommate who’s down to hang out occasionally/have a movie night or dinner every once in a while!
