4th (top) floor, west facing so lots of natural light. Blackout blinds are already installed in the room! There is a small gym in the next building that is free to residents to use. There is also heated underground parking available for an additional $100/month. It’s a beautiful area, fairly new build with laundry and AC in the unit, and a balcony. There are lots of amenities within a 5-7 minute walking distance, and 3 bus stops very close. Located just off the Henday and very close to the Whitemud.

I am a 24 year old male who works consistently. Pretty quiet, I usually keep to myself and am fairly clean. I don’t drink, but I am 420 friendly (outdoors only)! I don’t have people over often, but if I do have a friend coming over then I will always give you notice.
