Looking for a female student or working professional to either take over my spot on a lease (May 2025-August 2026) OR sublet my room (May-August 2025) in a GREAT neighbourhood in North Oshawa that’s very close to Ontario Tech University’s north campus and Durham College!

Offering the primary room in a three bedroom home shared with two other girls, and has a semi-ensuite bathroom attached. The closest major intersection is Ritson & Taunton, which makes it very close to various transit lines, grocery stores, and more.

I’m offering the room at a discount for $800 until August first, after which it will resume its regular rent of $950. However I’m up to negotiate a lower price for those first few months for those who are serious about moving in!
