3 story detached home with a 2 car garage. 3 bed 2.5 bath. The space for rent is the entire basement, which includes a living area, bathroom, and bedroom. The only traffic you can expect are visits to the laundry/freezer room. The shared kitchen on the main floor is spacious and a huge positive if you enjoy cooking.
Your basement living area is furnished with couches, coffee table, and TV set. The bedroom is not, despite some of the pictures.
The house is a 20 minute walk to Sunnyside station and Kensington area. Close enough to entertainment, but also extremely quiet.
Ample storage in the garage, loft, and around the house. Street parking always available for yourself or guests. A/C and central heating.
You would be signing a new lease on May 1 with the current roommates. Please note that the posted rent may be increased slightly as we haven’t negotiated terms with the landlord for renewal.
About the roomies
Two mid 20s (men) professionals in Engineering. We both enjoy watching/play sports, cooking, reading, and the outdoors. We keep the common areas clean and are generally pretty quiet.
