Quiet place, near bus stop. This is in the West End area, near Henday, by the Costco and River Cree Casino. The house is in Secord.
About the roomies
Old lady and hubby out of town for work most of the time. We have full time jobs, and I wish to rent out the room to people who have full time jobs, or to people who will use the room in seasonal basis, such as summer season. We just need a month deposit, and we don’t hold contracts. However, if one chooses to leave, just give proper time notice, and vice versa. No smoking, no weeds, no party though. Awesome arrangement in the house, view if interested.
