About the room
Hiii! 😊🌻 Bright, spacious 4 1/2 in Ville-Emard. Appliances included, in-unit laundry, small balconies front and back. Second floor, metal, exterior stairs (15-20 steps). Unfortunately the landlord won’t allow any additional pets :(
8 minute walk to Monk metro, 4 mins to the 36 bus stop, 5 minutes to pharmacy and grocery store, 15 mins to Angrignon park, 15 minute bike ride to Verdun and Rapids Park.
These pictures are from the original apartment posting, I’ll also be moving in July 1. You can expect a lot of plants and fun, mismatched, thrifted treasures.
