We are located mins from Don Mills subway station (Don Mills and Sheppard) in a quiet townhouse away from the main street. We are a pretty easy going bunch but common sense, etiquettes and manners are very important to us and we are seeking a housemate who is the same. Must be a dog lover also. We have a 2 years old ‘security dog’ aka German Shepherd who is not as scary as she looks.

Currently we have a newly renovated basement suite with a full bathroom available. It is approximately 600sq.ft of private space furnished with a double size bed, night tables, desk, chair, table lamp, along with tons of shelves and storage space. The suite also includes private laundry machines and a small kitchenette (2 countertop induction unit, full size fridge, microwave and an air fryer). Though wifi is included, a separate line might be needed if you are working from home. This suite is for couple only (double occupancy).

The rules of the house are simple: Clean up after yourself throughout the house. Clean your room once a week. Please don’t eat on the bed. Be respectful and considerate of others in the house. Quiet time starts at 10pm during weekdays. Kitchen on the main floor is available for heavy cookings.
