Hi there! i’m a 21 yr old trans woman looking for a roomate (preferably female identifying) at my apartment on queen and church starting may 1st. the unit is 2 bed 2 bath and furnished except for the room available for rent. rent is $1450 + ~$110 a month utilities. unit is right down town, 2 min walk to eaton center and 5 min walk to tmu campus. building amenities include a gym, parking garage, and rooftop pool. i’m a musician and i make electronic music so im looking for someone who enjoys music and isn’t super concerned about sound.
