• Cleanliness is a priority– We all do our part to keep the common areas tidy.
• Respect for each other’s space and schedules– No loud noise late at night.
• Shared responsibilities– Everyone contributes to keeping the house in good shape.
• Guests are welcome but lets discuss this
• No smoking or drugs in the house.
