Prime Location: Just a short 12-minute walk to the University of Alberta, a breezy 7-minute bike ride (bike lane right outside!), or quick 12-minute ride via bus or LRT.
Convenient Amenities: Only a 10-minute walk to Safeway for all your grocery needs.
Modern Comfort: Built in 2009, the suite includes a large kitchen ideal for cooking together or separately, a spacious dining area, cozy living room (with in-floor heating!), and modern bathrooms.
One of the smaller rooms is available from May 1 for $650 until July 31. The lease renews on August 1 for $2100 for all three rooms, at which point the current roommates will be moving out. (I’ll redirect you to the landlords if you’re interested in that.)

About the roomies
There are two brothers living there now. One is a Masters student at the U of A and the other is a recent graduate. They’re looking for a person to stay for the end of their lease. They’re friendly, respectful, and tidy. They enjoy keeping active, and they have an indoor gym.
