I’m looking for a sublet for the spring term May 1st-August 31st. This is a 5 person apartment with 4 roommates. All furniture is included except desk and chair. Steps from Wilfrid Laurier University – Located on the corner of King Street North and Bricker Avenue. Near central bus routes – A short bus ride to University of Waterloo. Private ensuite bathrooms in each bedroom. Coin operated laundry on each floor. Fully furnished kitchen and common area. Perfect location for all students. Steps away from WLU Science Building. Convenient coffee shop located inside the building.

All of my roommates are 3rd year students at Wilfred Laurier University. They are super chill and have really good vibes. I don’t see any problems arising unless you don’t clean up after yourself.
