It’s in the vicinity of a vibrant neighborhood with all the amenities available within a walking distance. Metro Snowdon is around 4 mins and Metro Villa Maria is around 6 mins by walk and a bus stop outside the building. At the junction of two important streets (Queen Mary and Monk Land Avenue), you can find everything in about a 500m radius of the apartment. Your room will be private & is quite spacious & furnished with a bed, table and chair. Common spaces, bathrooms & kitchen also fully equipped - with washer/dryer, kitchen stove with oven, utensils, refrigerator, microwave, dining table, sofa, TV, plus a quiet balcony. Hydro & Internet will be extra & divide between other three roommate. Internet is around $22/month.
