The young female Landlord is looking for a female Tenant to rent a spacious bedroom (15’×9’7) with its own bathroom out of 2-Beds 2-Baths unit (955 sq. ft.) located on 6th floor. Two bedrooms are across from each other with a large living room in between and maximum privacy is provided. The unit is facing the southwest corner and is bright with lots of natural light.
The bedroom for renting is fully furnished with a queen size bed with mattress, a desk, chair and storage shelves provided.
Tenant will share living room, balcony, onsite washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, storage locker with the landlord. The building has a fitness area and parking spots available for visitors.
The building is at the heart of Lougheed City, walking distance to Lougheed SkyTrain Station, surrounded by stores. Shopping and transiting are very convenient.
All expenses (electric heat, hot water, gas for stove, internet) are included in the $1280 monthly rent. Security deposit is half month rent. Tenant parking spot is available for renting if required.
