28 Douro St - We have a better video of the available room and place, if you are interested. It is a beautiful townhouse in the Liberty Village area near Trinity Bellwoods and Exhibition. The room average is around 130sqft, with a closet and window (rare in Toronto for some reason haha). The full place is around 1100 sqft. There are three floors: 1st has a full kitchen and a half bathroom. 2nd has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. 3rd has a rooftop patio and in-suite laundry. The area has a grocery store about 500m away, nearby 504 streetcar, and cloest subway station is St. Andrew. Utilities are included in price except wifi.

We are two girls in their early 20s and previous roommates of 4 years. We are generally quiet, but enjoy a night out a couple times a month as well as visits from friends. Our lifestyles are currently focused on working as a recent graduate and a student her completing final year of co-op. We also like to have our shared spaces kept in a consistently clean state to enjoy together. Looking forward to hearing from you! :)
