1 room available in a cozy and clean 2 bed, 1 bath house, with a large backyard and private raised deck off the kitchen. The bedroom is 11.9x9.5, with a closet and large windows. I will be moving into this house mid-may and doing some small scale renos like painting and some updates to the kitchen/bathroom. Upgrades to the room will include removal of wallpaper, a fresh coat of paint (you can let me know what colour you want!), and a new door without windows. Move in date for a roommate is flexible anytime after June 1st! Located in a safe neighborhood close to many of Guelph’s amenities. Parking available for a small car.

I am a 28yo female. I work a hybrid 9-5 so I’m in the office 2-3 days per week and at home the rest. I have a small dog, so I’m looking for someone who will enjoy living with a pet. Unfortunately, I can’t accept anyone with other pets as Milo doesn’t always get along with other animals. I enjoy the outdoors, crafts, spending time with friends, and playing various sports! I am a friendly, clean, quite, and considerate roommate, and am looking for someone who is the same.
